OT-710 Professional Reasoning III: Environment and Participation

Prerequisites: OT-621, OT-622, OT-650, OT-773. Pass/Fail, Audit not available. This seminar based course will focus on the physical, virtual, social, and political aspects of the environment surrounding the client and how these factors influence occupation and participation. This course also provides students with a greater understanding of the person - environment interface and will introduce the student to various assistive technologies. Students will complete environmental assessments and design environmental modifications to support occupational adaptation and participation.
