Prerequisite: none. Pass/Fail and audit available. This seminar critically analyzes physical therapy treatment approaches for the neurologically impaired. The focus is on the biomechanical, neurophysiological, and kinesiological basis of treatment interventions based on current concepts of motor control. Critical review of recent literature provides a basis for examining the effectiveness/ ineffectiveness of various treatment techniques.
