Required course supplies
In addition to textbooks, students may be required to purchase additional supplies. Required supplies will be listed on course syllabi.
Course, Lab, and Research Expenses
Faculty may permit students to be reimbursed for expenses incurred for select course, lab, or research activities. A budget and other restrictions will be outlined in either the syllabus and/or project description. Students are expected to adhere to the budget and other restrictions to be reimbursed for the expenses incurred.
- Students will only be reimbursed for expenses up to the budget allocated by faculty. Any amount that exceeds the budget will be the responsibility of the student.
- Students are not allowed to purchase office, medical, or rehabilitative supplies without department approval.
- Faculty may deny or approve only partial reimbursement if the expenses do not adhere to the restrictions outlined in the syllabus and/or project description.
- Faculty may deny or approve only partial reimbursement for expenses if the expenses are deemed unreasonable or excessive.
- Please note, expenses associated with housing, transportation, onboarding, etc., for fieldwork are the responsibility of the student and do not qualify for reimbursement.
Students are expected to adhere to the reimbursement process outlined in the class D2L site.
