Post Baccalaureate and Post Master's English for Speakers of Other Languages Endorsement Certificate

The post baccalaureate and post master's English for speakers of other languages (ESOL) endorsement certificate program advances teachers’ abilities to provide assessment, instruction, and evaluation of English language learners. Successful completion of the certificate program will be noted on the candidate's transcript. Coursework and passage of the required Oregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) test lead to an Oregon licensure ESOL endorsement.  Coursework for this endorsement program is delivered entirely online.
