Educational Foundation
Established in 1978, the Howard Community College Educational Foundation, Inc. (HCCEF) is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization that raises funds to support student scholarships, programs, and the facilities of Howard Community College.
The HCCEF Board of Directors invests, manages, and disperses funds, assists donors in making gifts appropriate to the college, and advises planned giving prospects. The HCCEF accepts private support in the form of tax-deductible restricted and unrestricted donations, deferred, and in-kind gifts.
