OT-622 Professional Reasoning II: Measurement Theory and Application

Prerequisites: OT-621, PT-650. Pass/Fail, Audit not available. This seminar focuses on reasoning related to tests and measures, including but not limited to the assessment, intervention, and the documentation process. Students will apply professional reasoning to test selection and develop a broad framework for assessment in areas of rehabilitation and participation. Test reliability, validity and clinical utility will be highlighted and students will have an opportunity to develop competency in select test administration, scoring and interpretation.
