All aspects of modern society and business are becoming more dependent on skilled professionals to maintain the electronics infrastructure. Graduates can choose to work in challenging positions in the fields of computers, telecommunications, training, and higher studies. Courses will emphasize theory and practice. Coursework will reflect the changing needs of industry and inculcate a need for ongoing training. Students planning to transfer to a fouryear technical institution should contact that institution to check transferable courses. This curriculum prepares students to sit for the A+ certification exam and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification exam.
