Transcripts and Enrollment Verification
TRANSCRIPTS—Students in good financial standing with the college may request official copies of their transcripts through myHCC; by mailing a written request to the office of records, registration and veterans' affairs [RRVA]; or visiting the office in person (photo identification required for in-person requests). Online requests through myHCC include a $2.25 charge (subject to change) per transcript. RRVA processes requests for official transcripts within two business days of receiving an official request. Students may view and print unofficial copies of their transcripts in myHCC. Students with certain holds on their accounts will be unable to obtain a transcript until the obligations are satisfied. Students may see their holds in myHCC.
