  2. 2. Demonstrate an ability to use reference materials.
  3. 3. Plan and develop all aspects of a course curriculum including a needs analysis, task
    analysis, course goals and objectives, lesson plan, instructional support materials, and
    evaluation instruments.
  4. 4. Discuss the need for and the use of various instructional methods and techniques.
  5. 5. Use instructional materials and aids.
  6. 6. Evaluate learning outcomes.
  7. 7. Maintain training records and reports.
  8. 8. Describe various concepts of learning.
  9. 9. Use communications methods and skills effectively.
  10. 10. Define instructor roles and responsibilities.
