HEED 220 Crisis Intervention

Learn the basics of crisis intervention within the global arena and how it affects all of us. Students will also learn how to understand, interpret, and work with crisis within their own lives and those of family and friends. This course will explore the effects of suicide, alcohol/drug abuse, child abuse, crisis in the workplace and in the school setting, and posttraumatic stress disorder.
