Application for graduation
Students must file an application for graduation form with the Registrar by the beginning of December prior to the year that they will graduate. For example, all students who plan to graduate in January, May or September of 2013 should complete the application for graduation by the beginning of December 2012. Graduation fees are charged at the point of initial matriculation and are included with the “matriculation fee”. Should the student be unable to graduate as planned, he/she must inform the registrar in writing. No additional fee will be required. The student's name, as shown on the application for graduation, will appear on the diploma. Information provided by the student also appears in the commencement program.
