Master of Science in Nursing for RNs with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN to MS in Nursing)

  1. All applicants must have completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from a regionally accredited U.S. college or university. 
  2. Applicants must have completed a graduate or undergraduate course in Statistics with a grade of C+ or higher prior to matriculation.

Master of Science - Leadership in Nursing Administration

Doctor of Nursing Practice for Master’s Prepared Nurses (DNP)

  • Requests for personal interviews with the School of Nursing are considered on a case-by-case basis at the time of application review.

  • Applicants who are current RNs with an MS in Nursing who are already advanced practice nurses are encouraged to apply. This includes practitioners in the following areas:

    • Nurse Practitioners

    • Clinical Nurse Specialists

    • Certified Nurse Anesthetists

    • Certified Nurse Midwives

    • Nurse Administrators may apply as well. 

  • Applicants with a master’s degree in a related field may be required to take additional courses. Pre-Application advisement is required. Please contact the School of Nursing for more detailed information.

Doctor of Nursing Practice for Nurse Executives (EDNP)

  • Applicants are required to submit two (2) letters of recommendation.
