Social Science Major, Liberal Arts
Liberal Arts Studies students may select a major in Social Science. Students will gain a broad understanding of human and social behavior emphasizing the interdisciplinary perspectives of anthropology, economics, history, political science and sociology.
This major requires:
- 45 QH including Social Science courses taken as part of the General Education requirement
- 25 QH of upper level coursework
- 15 QH of upper level courses must be taken at NLU
- A minimum grade of “C” for each course in the major
