Anthropology Minor, Elementary Education
Elementary Education students may select a minor in Anthropology to fulfill their standard teaching concentration requirement. The Anthropology minor allows students to study topics like cultural anthropology, ethnographies, anthropological linguistics and urban anthropology.
This minor requires:
- 30 QH in addition to Anthropology courses taken as part of the General Education requirement
- 15 QH of upper level coursework
- 15 QH of the upper level courses must be taken at NLU
- A minimum grade of “C” for each course in the minor
