Teaching, Learning and Assessment, M.Ed.

This program, offered online, face-to-face and blended formats, prepares degree candidates to respond to the complexities of today’s school environment with a holistic approach to assessing learning needs, shaping effective curricula and supporting student success.

In addition to National College of Education Graduate Admissions Requirements, applicants must: 

  • Submit official scores from the Miller Analogies Test
  • Have three years teaching experience and be teaching while enrolled in the program if selecting the National Board Certification major

This degree requires:

  • 32 SH
  • Transfer credit can be used only to fulfill program electives, as indicated in the tables below
  • A research project
  • Candidates must select a major in either Teaching, Learning and Assessment OR National Board Certification, as laid out in the tables below
