Organizational Leadership, M.S.

The purpose of the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) is to prepare students with skills and competencies to be effective leaders within private and public sector organizations.

The program combines theory and practical application of leadership principles to initiate and implement positive change in organizations. Students gain the skills and competencies necessary to establish action plans and achieve goals.
