Educational Leadership, Ed.D.

The Educational Leadership, Ed.D. program is designed to prepare individuals to serve in school and school district leadership roles in the areas of administration and supervision. By combining coursework and internship experiences, the program integrates theory, research and practice into a cohesive plan of study for educational leaders. 

National College of Education offers the following options to earn the Educational Leadership, Ed.D. degree:

• The School Level Leadership major option leads to the Illinois Principal Endorsement 

• The District Level Educational Leadership major option leads to the Illinois Superintendent Endorsement 
• The Strategic Educational Leadership major
• The Educational Leadership & Administration major option is for candidates in Illinois who are not seeking the superintendent endorsement

• The Educational Leadership & Administration major option is for candidates seeking certification in Educational Leadership leading to principalship in Florida
