PHT 2934C Special Topics in Rehabilitation II
Various special topics related to the practice of Physical Therapy will be discussed. The pathology and medical management of special patient populations will be presented. Special patient populations will include: surgical patients, patients with psychiatric disorders, amputations, congenital birth defects and special pediatric populations, obstetric and gynecological patients, and oncology patients. In addition, gender issues and imaging methods will be presented.
