Recent labor forecasts predict that by 2018, nearly two-thirds of American jobs will require a post-secondary degree or certificate. In addition to opening up job opportunities, a college education also boosts your earning power. National studies show that on average over a lifetime, those with college degrees and certificates earn about half a million dollars more than the average high school graduate.

Our associate in arts degree programs lay the foundation for many professional careers and have a guaranteed transfer to Florida’s public universities. Our programs leading to bachelor's degrees, associate in science degrees, and workforce certificates prepare you for immediate employment.
In fact, PSC programs often are trendsetters in the academic and workforce communities. For instance, our engineering technology students are manufacturing their own designs using a new, cutting-edge 3D color printer, putting them well ahead of current workers in the field. Meanwhile, our organic chemistry students are using a high-tech Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectrometer to process data from their experiments. This hands-on experience with the NMR is usually reserved for graduate-level students and those in scientific research.
More than 25,000 students from all walks of life and at various stages of the education process enroll at PSC each year. We see each student as an individual with unique potential.
