FSS 1063C Professional Baking

Introduces the student to the principles of professional baking. Emphasis on the techniques and equipment used in a bakeshop or the baking area of a commercial kitchen. The student will apply the fundamentals of baking science in the production of various products and learn the basic baking skills required in the culinary arts field.
