Education Ph.D.
Admission Requirements
- A completed electronic application form received by the University of Rhode Island Graduate School.
- A master’s degree or 30 credits beyond the bachelor’s degree, including course work in research, foundations, and curriculum from a regionally accredited college or university.
- A curriculum vitae.
- Official transcripts of all undergraduate and graduate course work.
- A minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale in undergraduate course work.
- An official report of scores on the Graduate Record Examination.
- A personal statement.
- A research statement.
- Three letters of recommendation.
- An interview.
