Student Health Center

The Student Health Center is located in LoGrasso Hall. The Health Center is staffed by a board-certified physician, two nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and a secretary. The staff at the health center strives to provide quality health care for the student population in an outpatient clinic setting. The treatment of illnesses and injuries, as well as preventive health services and health education, are provided in a confidential, caring atmosphere. The Health Center can perform some simple and limited diagnostic tests on site.

Health services are funded by the mandatory health fee paid each semester. Most services at the health center and many medications are provided without any additional charge to the student. Maintenance allergy injections, vaccinations and PPD tests are provided for an additional charge to the student.

The Health Center is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. When necessary, referrals can be made to private physicians or specialists in the local area. For more information, please call (716) 673-3131 or email health.center@fredonia.edu.
