BADM 6235 Business Process Management I

An introduction to the design of an organization’s structure and business processes with a primary focuses on applying the concepts and techniques of business process analysis. Students will learn and apply the techniques of lean and six-sigma to improve the business processes of an organization. Appropriate software will be used to aid students in business process analysis.
