Help Desk

The help desk is the main point of contact for technology support. Located in Buckley Center in room 018, the help desk is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The help desk provides tier one support for network accounts, e-mail, UP hardware and software, telephony, web applications, and all other aspects of UP-supported technology.
