Telephone and Audio Conferencing Services

Information Services provides state-of-the-art Cisco Unified Communications Voice over IP (VoIP) video telephone service to faculty and staff. This includes integrated Cisco Jabber chat services and digital voicemail which is also accessible via exchange email. Audio conferencing is available to staff and faculty via the MeetMe feature accessible via Cisco phones. Information Services also provides local dial tone by request to students in campus residence halls. Students may request a phone for their room. Visit the Help Desk in the Franz Hall Lobby, (503) 943-7000 or help@up.edu, to reset voicemail, request telephone service or schedule a MeetMe audio conference call.
