The Franz Center for Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation provides students, faculty, and staff with the opportunity to develop boundary crossing mindsets. The vision is to provide students with the abilities to solve ultra-complex problems of the future in a diverse, multi-cultural, rapidly changing, global society and who will possess the wisdom, drive, and curiosity to give back to the world. Students who choose to pursue and complete any of these programs gain an advantage of developing a unique background that differentiates them from fellow graduates and inevitably practitioners within their respective domains and practices. The Franz Center is devoted to increasing the capacity of every student on campus to be a values-based leader, entrepreneur, and innovator.
