ED 544 Human Resource Development, Growth, Supervision, and Evaluation

Candidates will explore interpersonal dynamics and performance competencies relating to human resource management, supervision, and evaluation. Capacity building through recruitment and hiring will be explored. Theories of planning, analysis, and evaluation, in conjunction with supervision models, will be explored and practiced. Strategies to utilize data to support staff and faculty growth through professional learning will be provided.
