ED 559 Professional Administrator License (Pro-AL) Leadership Practicum

This district or system level practicum involves field work to provide opportunities for candidates to participate in district leadership, decision-making, policy design and implementation, uses of data and technology in communication, human resources, building positive community relations, and conflict management.  Through action research, participants will synthesize knowledge in these areas and enhance leadership skills and dispositions. Grade of IP is permitted.
