ENGR 487 Biomedical Imaging

Principles and uses of biomedical imaging with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and ultrasound are presented from an engineering viewpoint. Includes image transforms, image enhancement, image denoising/restoration, tomographic reconstruction, segmentation and registration, recognition and shape analysis.
