PED 155 Water Aerobics

This course introduces rhythmic aerobic activities performed in water. Emphasis is placed on increasing cardiovascular fitness levels, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility. Upon completion, students should be able to participate in an individually-paced exercise program. This course has been approved to satisfy the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement and the Independent Comprehensive Articulation Agreement for transferability as a pre-major and/or elective course requirement.
