Global Education
Global Education helps students develop the skills, attitudes, and knowledge necessary to participate in an increasingly interdependent world. A global perspective and multi-cultural awareness is essential for students to be successful in the workplace and to become lifelong, active participants in our global community.
Through Global Education, students will develop an understanding of diverse cultures, including their own, examine many of the economic, social, health, political, and environmental issues facing the world today, and develop the communication and critical thinking skills necessary to succeed in a changing world. Global Education is embedded in a variety of courses across the academic disciplines and in cultural events and activities throughout the year.
