This course covers the design and methods of using composite materials in woodworking. Topics include the use of composite materials such as plywood, m.d.f., particle board, and plastic laminate and their design and construction methods. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate a series of technical exercises and designs and make an object utilizing composite materials.
