Automated Maximum Hour Management and Messaging System

TRACY UltraTime automatically monitors each student's hours against the maximum allocated for their position and sends notifications as a student approaches that limit. Once a student reaches the maximum hours allocated for a position, the system freezes that position for the remainder of the term, and the student is no longer able to clock in or submit additional hours. The pages in this section describe the two types of notifications the system sends: one triggered when a student works significantly beyond the pay period target, and one triggered at set percentages of a student's total contracted hours.
