DMSU-282 Vascular Ultrasound II
This course will focus on carotid and peripheral vascular, arterial, and venous Doppler. Pathology, pathophysiology, clinical manifestations, noninvasive techniques, and interpretation will be discussed. The students will have the opportunity to reinforce the theory taught in lecture with hands-on scanning in the lab component to this class. This course is required to complete the vascular concentration of the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
