PS 31500 Capstone I - Political Science and Public Policy Research Methods

This course explores social science research methods, as applied to political phenomena and policy analysis. Students will learn how to critically assess public policy, analyze research in the field and how to design their own research projects. Students will also examine application of descriptive and inferential statistics and the abuse of statistics related to public policy issues.
