Spanish Studies Major (Bachelor of Arts)

A student majoring in Spanish Studies must complete 47-48 quarter hours beyond Spanish 201, the required cognates, the general studies requirements, and all baccalaureate degree requirements as outlined in this bulletin. All Spanish majors are required to study abroad for at least one school year in an Adventist Colleges Abroad program in a Spanish-speaking country.

All students must complete a minimum of twelve hours of upper-division Spanish courses at Walla Walla University after their year abroad. All majors are required to pass the departmental comprehensive examination.
