Mission Statement

The Business and Public Service Division supports the mission of the College by offering business/public service-related courses and programs that prepare students for employment or advancement in Georgia's economy.

The mission of the Health Information Management Technology (HIMT) program is to prepare graduates to be health data stewards in their chosen field. The program is designed to provide graduates with the knowledge, skills, confidence, and professional integrity to become HIT practitioners who will be assets to their community and to the healthcare profession.
