PARA 1125 Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure (3-0-3)

This course introduces students to the basic concepts of substantive criminal law and its procedural aspects with an emphasis on the constitutionally protected rights of the accused in the criminal justice system. Topics include substantive criminal law and procedures and criminal litigation support. Students must pay a $25 supply fee when registering for this course.
