PHYS 1111L Introductory Physics I Lab (0-3-1)
This course includes selected laboratory exercises that parallel the topics introduced in PHYS 1111. The laboratory exercises include units of measurement, Newton's laws, work energy and power, momentum and collisions, one- and two-dimensional motion, circular motion and law of gravity, rotational dynamics and static equilibrium, elastic theory, harmonic motions, the theory of heat and heat transfer, thermodynamics, wave motion, and sound. Students must pay a $25 supply fee when registering for this course.
