Mission Statement

The mission of the Physical Therapist Assistant program is to provide educational opportunities to those students wishing to pursue a career as physical therapist assistants. The educational opportunities provided by the program are designed to ensure that each student has the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to obtain entry-level employment as a physical therapist assistant and active member of a comprehensive healthcare team under the direction and supervision of a physical therapist.
