Admission Requirements
Applicants must submit the following information to the Admissions Office:
- Completed and signed application for admission and a $25 nonrefundable application fee.
- Official high school or GED transcripts and/or official college transcripts from all colleges attended in the past (see General Admission Requirements).

Valid ACCUPLACER, COMPASS, ASSET, SAT, or ACT test scores (see ACCUPLACER Placement Examination).
- Proof of legal presence in the United States.
Students gain admission to Cosmetology during the Fall and Spring Semesters on the Athens Campus, during the Spring Semester on the Elbert County Campus, during the Fall Semester on the Greene County Campus and the Spring Semester on the Walton County Campus. Students gain admission to the evening program in Cosmetology during Spring Semester. Students who declare Cosmetology as their program of study gain admission on a first come, first served basis upon completion of their academic core courses. Students gain admission to the Esthetician and Shampoo Technician certificate programs during Fall Semester. The Shampoo Technician certificate program is specifically for dual enrollment students.
