BIOL 50 Advanced Topics in Ecology

Different offerings of this course will cover one or more specific advanced topics in ecology.  Material will be presented in a manner designed to encourage student participation and problem solving.  Each offering will focus on cutting edge approaches to studying the behavior of various organisms in multiple contexts.  Assignments will be based on readings from the current literature working with modern data sets, and solving real-world problems in ecological biology.  Students may take more than one offering of this course.
