CARD-221 Diagnostic & Interventional Prodecures
This course will prepare students for the clinical environment. Clinical experience is provided in the invasive setting of the cardiology department. Students will initially observe invasive procedures and eventually participate as they demonstrate competency in the skills laboratory portion of the course. The laboratory portion of the course will prepare students for the scrub position. Prerequisite: CARD-123 and CARD-124.
