Traditional and non-traditional coursework may be used to fulfill elective credit, including general elective credit, as appropriate. Electives involve a broader range of courses than general education core courses do. While some courses qualify for both categories, students are responsible for choosing the courses that are appropriate for their program. Students are encouraged to consult with an advisor.
