AT 38400 Clinical Experience III

This course is designed to expose the student to experiences common in the field of practice as athletic training professionals. The course will provide an opportunity to the student to demonstrate clinical proficiency in the areas of injury prevention, assessment, and management for pathologies of the lower body. Students will be assigned a clinical rotation with an athletic team to complete 165 hours and all necessary competencies and proficiencies under the supervision of a preceptor. Lab fee required.

Prerequisite

Good academic and clinical standing within the Athletic Training Education Program. Completion of AT 30200, AT 38100, and AT 38300 with a C or better.
