BSC 42200 Biochemistry: Metabolism

This course will focus on understanding metabolic pathways and provide an in-depth examination of cellular energetic, enzyme mechanism and regulation, and metabolic disease. Methods for elucidating metabolic pathways and an introduction to literature in this field will also be covered. The laboratory portion of this course will combine molecular biology techniques and computer techniques for studying these topics. Lab fee required.
