PS 47500 Governmental and Economic Research

At the heart of policy analysis research is the capability to draw upon, use, and interpret data. The federal government (as well as other levels of government and government-related organizations) releases data which can be used to provide policy analysis. Students will be shown how to find and use data such as Census data and data related to Leading Economic Indicators, as well as consumer and business data. This is the capstone course for Political Science and Public Administration majors.
