ACCT 41080 Auditing

This course is designed to help students understand the nature of auditing with an emphasis on techniques and issues as applied by Certified Public Accountants. Professional standards, Generally Accepted Auditing Standards, legal liabilities of auditors, and specific auditing techniques will be explored.

a C or better in ACCT 31021. Also required is the successful completion of the Writing Proficiency Assessment (WPA) or ENGL 21000.
