CMS 46000 Ministry Leadership and Administration

This course is a concentrated study and reflection on topics relevant to leading and administrating in various ministry contexts.  Stress is paid to the ethical conduct required of those entering ministry as well as to biblical leadership traits. Topics will also include officer and laity training, engagement with staff, personal preparedness and goal-setting, budgeting, and planning and programming ministries.
