ECON 43078 Econometrics

This course introduces students to various statistical methods used to estimate and test economic models. The theory and application of multivariate linear regression analysis is covered. Students will learn the basics of econometrics software and will conduct regression analysis using real data sets. Lab fee.

a grade of C or better in ECON 33040 or ECON 33045 or permission of the dean. Also required is the successful completion of the Writing Proficiency Assessment (WPA) or ENGL 21000.
